摘要
独立学院产生的时间虽然不长,但是经过近年来的高速发展已迅速成为我国高等教育的一支重要力量。独立学院由于所有的经费都是来自学费收入,与公办高校相比具有更大的财务风险。随着我国高校供需关系的改变,独立学院面临的招生压力剧增,同时很多独立学院法人治理结构不完善,风险管理意识不强,这些都是独立学院长远健康发展过程中亟待解决的问题。
Although the independent colleges havenot last for a very long time,after the rapid development in recent years,they have become an important force in China＇s higher education.All the funds are from tuition,compared with public colleges and universities,they have greater financial risks.With the changes between supply and demand in China＇s colleges and universities,their enrollment pressure is increasing.At the same time,the corporate governance structure is not perfect,the risk management awareness is not strong,which are problems to be solved in the long term healthy development of Independent Colleges.
