摘要
信息产业与社会经济相互影响、相互促进、相互制约,政府政策对其发展影响明显。本文总结和归纳了国外信息产业发展创新政策经验和启示,通过分析美国、和日本信息产业创新政策,得到了一些重要的结论,包括加大对基础研究的投入,提升信息技术自给率等。
Information industry and the social economy influence each other,promote each other and restrain each other,and the government policy has a great influence on their development.The thesis reviewed and summarized the experience and enlightenment of the foreign information industries’ innovation policies,and by analyzing the innovation policies of the U.S and Japan’ information industry,the thesis gives out several important conclusion like increasing investment for basic research,and promoting self-sufficient rate of information technology.
