近年来珠三角中小企业普遍遭遇春节后的"用工荒",形势越演越烈,可见其已非阶段性问题,而是一种趋势。本文探究了其现象背后的深层次原因,并从微观和宏观层面提出了解决问题的举措。
In recent years,the pearl river delta of small and medium-sized enterprise generally encounter ＂labor shortage＂after the Spring Festival,the situation getting worse,it obviously is not a stage,but a trend.This article explore the the profound reasons behind the phenomenon,and from micro and macro aspects put forward measures to solve the problem.
