摘要
以枣庄电网主站升级改造工作为背景,分析电网遥控操作的过程,介绍常用规约的遥控报文功能和格式。在保证电网不停电运行的前提下,提出了一套调度主站对变电站设备的遥控试验方法,重点在于试验安全措施的制定、遥控回路开断点的选择、试验故障状态的分析处理和遥控报文的解析。以枣庄电网遥控试验工作为实际案例,证实试验方法的有效性,为规范遥控试验方法、验证变电站遥控动作可靠性提供参考。
Taking the upgrading work on dispatching master station of Zaozhuang power grid as background, the remoted-operated process was studied and analyzed, including the function and format of remote message in widely used statute.Prerequisite for the grid operation, a method of remoted-operated test was put forward to equipment of transformer substation.It is important to formulate the test safety measures and select breakpoints of the remoted-operated circuit, as well as the analytical processing of test fault conditions and resolving remote message.Taking Zaozhuang grid remoted- operated test for the actual case, the method was proved to be effective which will provides a reference for standardizing the remoted-operated test method and verifying the reliability of the substation remote control.
