前列地尔与小剂量多巴胺对慢性肾功能不全患者的治疗效果观察 被引量：10

摘要 目的观察前列地尔与小剂量多巴胺联合应用治疗慢性肾功能不全的效果。方法将在我院2005年7月至2011年11月治疗的150例慢性肾功能不全患者随机分成两组,观察组和对照组,两组各75例。观察组采取前列地尔与小剂量多巴胺联合治疗,对照组采用丹参注射液治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过4个疗程共计8周的治疗后,观察组患者治疗前后肾功能对比明显,且治疗后与对照组治疗后相比,也有明显差异,P<0.05。结论前列地尔与小剂量多巴胺对早中期慢性肾功能不全有较好的治疗效果,能有效延缓慢性肾功能不全的进展,值得临床治疗参考采用。
