不同类型淋巴瘤患者肿瘤坏死因子的表达意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α在不同类型淋巴瘤患者血清中的表达意义。方法对我院恶性淋巴瘤患者的血清TNF-α与健康患者对比(人数比1∶1),记录差异,并进行统计学分析。结果 TNF-α在DLBCL(t=-1.267,P=0.042),SLL(t=-1.578,P=0.036),LBL(t=1.276,P=0.028)亚型中,表达差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TNF-α可以作为辅助诊断与鉴别诊断的参考依据,本研究的研究结果,有待于扩大样本数继续观察,进一步深入研究,探讨详细作用机制。
