摘要
目的建立小儿清肺止咳片中次野鸢尾黄素含量测定的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil-C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液(体积比53∶47),流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为266 nm,柱温为30℃。结果次野鸢尾黄素质量浓度在2.5～40μg.mL-1间具有良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),次野鸢尾黄素平均回收率为102.7%,方法精密度RSD值为0.54%(n=6)。结论本方法可用于小儿清肺止咳片中次野鸢尾黄素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of irisflorentin in Xiao′er Qingfei Zhike tablets by RP-HPLC.Methods The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18 at 30 ℃.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid（53∶47）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the detection wavelength was 266 nm.Results The linear range of irisflorentin was 2.5-40 μg·mL^ -1=0.999 8）.The average recovery was 102.7%（RSD=0.54%,n=6）.Conclusion The method can be used for quantitative determination of this preparation.
