肿瘤坏死因子拮抗剂治疗妊娠中期合并成人斯蒂尔病继发巨噬细胞活化综合征一例 被引量：4

摘要 患者女，24岁，妊娠5个月，以“发热伴皮疹1个月”为主诉人院。患者于1个月前无明显诱因出现发热，体温最高达39．5℃，畏寒，偶伴寒战。发热可自行消退，用“退热药”效果不佳。伴咽痛及皮疹，皮疹分布于躯干及四肢，呈充血疹，发热时加重。于当地医院应用青霉素及多种头孢菌素（具体剂量不详）治疗症状加重。遂考虑成人斯蒂尔病（adult onset Still’s disease，AOSD）可能性大，加用地塞米松10mg／d静脉滴注，病情控制不佳并出现双膝关节肿痛转入我院。
