摘要
某型航空发动机控制系统采用数字电子控制,其执行装置仍然是机械液压式。对于液压机械装置的研究,以往主要针对调整参数,针对设计参数的研究目前还鲜有论文发表。针对上述问题,利用AMESim软件对燃油控制系统液压机械执行机构进行建模仿真,得到了设计参数,如压差活门型孔、油压作用面、弹簧刚度、节流嘴等对燃油计量系统动态特性和稳态特性的影响,为液压机械装置的设计、改进改型和性能优化提供了依据。
An aeroengine control system uses digital electronic control, its implementation is still the hydro-mechanical unit. For the study of hydro-mechanical unit, in the past mainly for adjusting parameters, few pa- pers are published for design parameters.In response to this problem, the simulation model of the hydro-mechanical ac- tuators of fuel control system is established by AMESim in tiffs paper. The impact of design parameters such as differ- ential pressure valve-shaped hole, the force surface of fuel, spring stiffiless and hydraulic restrictor on the dynamics and steady-state characteristics of fuel metering system is obtained. The conclusion provides evidence for the design, the improvement and modification, performance optimiza- tion of the hydro-mechanical unit.
