基于三维数值模拟的带垫板对接焊缝漏磁场分析 被引量:1

Analysis of Magnetic Flux Leakage Field of Butt Weld with Backing Plate Based on 3D Numerical Simulation

摘要 针对储罐底板带垫板对接焊缝中易存在的根部未焊透缺陷,研究储罐底板对接焊缝无缺陷、存在未焊透和带垫板存在未焊透缺陷的漏磁场规律;并分析不同尺寸垫板包含相同尺寸未焊透缺陷时漏磁场规律。结果表明:根据漏磁场磁感应强度分量曲线的分布特征,垫板的存在降低了对接焊缝缺陷的磁感应强度曲线的峰值;垫板厚度尺寸越小,可获得更高的磁感应强度曲线的峰值,缺陷更易检出。 Considering the incomplete penetration easily-existed at the butt weld of tank bottom with backing plate,the magnetic flux leakage field laws of the tank bottom plate with zero defect or incomplete penetration,and with incomplete penetration at its backing plate were researched;and the magnetic flux leakage field laws of different size backing plates which having same size incomplete penetration defects were analyzed.The results show that basing on the curve distribution characteristics of the leakage magnetic flux density component,the peaks of magnetic induction density curves can be lowered because of the backing plate;and the smaller backing plate thickness can bring highercurve peaks of the magnetic induction density and can make the defect detection easy.
