摘要
文化遗产地资源涉及文化遗产的自身演化和人类活动的影响,对其进行管理实际上将面临一个复杂的系统问题,必须应用系统理论与方法,全面研究文化遗产地整体管理系统中各要素之间的相互关系。本文将文化遗产地涉及的主要利益相关者作为整个文化遗产管理良性运行系统中的因素,运用系统学理论,初步构建各种利益相关者之间的结构关系,为利益相关者的参与机制提供参考。
Cultural heritage resources related to the impact of its own evolution and human actiwues, ana actually it will face a complex system problem to manage it. We need to study the interrelationship among the various elements in the overall management system of the culture heritage, applying the system theory and method. The paper puts the main stakeholder related to the culture heritage as the endogenous variable belonging to the benign system of cultural heritage and builds the structural relationship among the various stakeholders preliminary with system theo- ry, aiming to provide a theoretical reference for establishing the participatory mechanism used to coordinate the in- terest of all parties.
