摘要
从治理和协同治理的概念分析出发,探讨中国区域协调发展协同治理的实现路径,提出以政府协同治理克服体制变革路径的困难,从而实现政府由传统范式治理向协同治理的角色转变。
The concept of governance and collaborative governance has been analyzed. Concerning the realization path of regional coordinated development collaborative governance in China, a point has been proposed that the dif- ficulties of the system transformation path can be overcome by government collaborative governance, and with the cultivation of collaborative governance in the reahn of regional coordinated development, the role of the government will be to realize the transformation from the traditional paradigm of governanle to the collaborative governance gov- ernment.
