环境雌激素的生殖和发育毒性研究进展 被引量：15

摘要 环境雌激素(environmental estrogens,EEs),是一类可模拟人类内源性雌激素的生理、生化作用,具有拮抗雌激素效应的外源性环境化合物。环境雌激素的有害影响已引起国内外生态学家及毒理学家的极大关注,也成为国际生物界和医学界研究的热点。本文对近年来国内外对环境雌激素的研究进展,从环境雌激素的来源、分类、作用机制,以及与人类生殖和发育毒性的关系作简要综述。
