摘要
德兴铜矿从美国引进了 5.0 3m× 6 .4 0m特大型球磨机 ,为了在国内生产与该机配套的衬板 ,研制了ZG30CrMnSiMoTi新型耐磨钢。这种耐磨钢经热处理后得到板条马氏体组织 ,使得其具有强度高、韧性及耐磨性好等特点。制成的衬板现场装机运行表明 ,使用寿命高于美国AC3衬板 ,达到了 80年代中期国际先进水平。
The 5.03m×6.40m extra large ball mill was imported by Dexing Copper Mine from U.S.A. For domestically producing the lining matched with the machine,the mine has developed a new ZG30CrMnSiMoTi abrasion resistant steel which will obtain martensite lath textre after heat treatment so as to make it have some desirable characteristics such as high strength,tenacity and abrasion resistance etc..The operation of the machine installed with locally fabricated lining showed that the service life of the new material lining is longer than that of AC3 lining made in USA and has reached international advanced level in mid 80s.
