摘要
目的掌握沈阳市大东区猩红热发病水平及流行特征,为制定猩红热防治规划及评价实施效果提供准确依据。方法对沈阳市大东区2005—2011年猩红热疫情资料进行描述性分析。结果 2005—2011年沈阳市大东区累计报告猩红热1 767例,年均发病率为37.68/10万,男女性别比为1.46∶1(P<0.01);0～4岁发病率为258.86/10万,5～9岁为706.45/10万,10～14岁106.58/10万,≥15岁为1.57/10万;学生发病占38.94%,幼托儿童占37.80%,散居儿童占20.03%;5、6月和11、12月病例分别占发病总数的27.56%、23.09%。结论 2005—2011年沈阳市大东区猩红热发病率较高,学生、幼托儿童及散居儿童是发病的重点人群,应加强预防控制工作。
[Objective]To analyze the incidence trend and epidemiological characteristics of scarlet fever in Dadong District of Shenyang City,provide scientific basis for developing the control program of scarlet fever and evaluating the implementation effect.[Methods]The epidemic data of scarlet fever in Dadong District of Shenyang City from 2005 to 2011 were analyzed descriptively.[Results]A total of 1 767 scarlet fever cases were reported in Dadong District of Shenyang City from 2005 to 2011,the average annual incidence rate was 37.68/lakh,and the ratio of male-to-female was 1.46∶1（P0.01）.The incidence rate in 0-4 year-old age group was 258.86/lakh,while that in 5-9 year-old age group,10-14 year-old age group and over 15 year-old age group was 706.45/lakh,106.58/lakh and 1.57/lakh,respectively.Students accounted for 38.94% of total cases,kindergarten children and scattered children respectively accounted for 37.80% and 20.03%.The cases reported in May to June and November to December accounted for 27.56% and 23.09% of the total cases respectively.[Conclusion]The average incidence rate of scarlet fever is high in Dadong District of Shenyang City during 2005-2011.Students,kindergarten children and scattered children are the high-risk population,while the prevention and control should be strengthened.
