摘要 目的分析和评定石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米粉中镉含量的不确定度。方法依据CNAS-GL06《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》,分析不确定度的来源,计算待测大米中镉的不确定度。结果对2份大米粉中镉进行测定,得出了其不确定度分别为5.76%,5.32%。结论通过对不确定度的评定,了解了石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米粉中镉含量结果的准确性,保证检测工作的质量。 [Objective]To analyze and evaluate the uncertainty in determination of Cd in rice powder by FAAS.[Methods]According to CNAS-GL06'Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis' the sources of uncertainty was analyzed and the uncertainty for determination of Cd in rice powder by FAAS was calculated.[Results] The uncertainties for determination of Cd in 2 samples of rice powder by FAAS were 5.76% and 5.32%.[Conclusion]Through uncertainty evaluation,the accuracy of results in determination of Cd in rice powder by FAAS was obtained to ensure the quality of determination.
