摘要
目的了解枝江市放射诊疗单位安全防护实际情况,为放射防护工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述方法,现场调查该市放射诊疗单位综合防护管理与安全防护制度落实情况,放射诊疗场所、设备、设施安全防护及放射工作人员管理等情况,现场对放射诊疗场所实施防护监测。结果 90.48%的放射诊疗单位制定了质量控制与安全防护制度,仅有47.62%的单位有执行制度记录,机房防护合格率78.12%,防护用品配备合格率66.67%,仅40%个人防护用品能正确配戴,放射工作人员培训率、健康监护率均达到100%,机房防护监测合格率90.62%。结论放射诊疗单位安全防护现状不容乐观,放射诊疗单位负责人防护意识有待加强。
[Objective]To understand the current situation of safety protection in radiation treatment institutions in Zhijiang City,provide the scientific basis for radiation protection.[Methods]By using description method,this study investigated the implementation status of comprehensive protective management and safety protection system in radiation treatment institutions in Zhijiang City,as well as radiation safety management in places,equipments,facilities and workers.The radiation protection in radiation treatment institutions was monitored.[Results]90.48% of radiation treatment institutions have formulated the quality control and safety protection system,but only 47.62% had the executive logging.The qualified rate of machine room protection and protective equipments was 78.12% and 66.67% respectively.Only 40% of individual protective articles were used correctly.The training rate and health care rate of radiation workers reached 100%.The qualified rate of protection survey in machine rooms was 90.62%.[Conclusion]The current situation of safety protection in radiation treatment institutions is not optimistic,and the protection awareness of managers in radiation treatment institutions should be improved.
