摘要
提出了一种新结构永磁同步电动机 ,分析了该电机的空载磁场 ,绘制出空载磁场等位线以及气隙磁密分布曲线 .结果表明 ,由于该电机采用较薄而性能较高的钕铁硼永磁磁极外贴在转子上 ,极大地限制了极间漏磁 ,达到高效节能的目的 .用VisualC+ + 语言编制了面向对象的有限元分析程序 ,为实现永磁同步电机CAD奠定了基础 .
A new structure of NdFeB permanent magnet synchronous motor is put forward, the load free magnetic field of the motor is analyzed, and the isoline and the air gap density distribution curve have been drawn. The analysis results indicate that with the thin and highly performed magnetic pole attached outside the rotor, the leakage fluxes of this kind of motor are extremely minimized,thus achieving the goal of improving efficiency and saving energy. The object oriented program with Visual C ++ for the finite element has been worked out and it has laid the foundation of realizing CAD for permanent magnet synchronous motor.
