摘要
目的探讨内镜辅助鼓室给药治疗不适宜全身给与类固醇激素治疗的老年突发性聋的可行性。方法回顾性分析32例老年突发性聋患者采用内镜辅助鼓膜穿刺注药法的临床资料。结果 32例患者中,15例有效,有效率46.8%。结论内镜辅助鼓室给药治疗老年突发性聋安全、有效。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the feasibility of otoendoscope-assisted transtympanic injection for sudden deafness （SD） in the elderly, which were not suitable for systemic steroids. METHODS Clinical data of 32 geratic patients with SD treated by otoendoscope-assisted transtympanic steroid administration were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS All patients were followed-up from 1 months to 3 months, 15 cases were effective, effective rate was 46.8%. CONCLUSION Otoendoscope-assisted transtympanic steroid injection for sudden deafness （SD） in the elderly is an effective and safe approach.
