MRKH综合征的病因学研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 先天性无阴道综合征(MRKH)是一种常染色体显性遗传的女性生殖道畸形,具有不完全的外显率和多样化的表现度。其病因学研究是国际妇产科学界关注、探索的热点。本文对近年来MRKH综合征在家族聚集性病例、定位候选克隆及全基因组扫描等方面的研究进展做一综述。
