The application of nanomaterials and nanotechnology in interventional therapy:its current status and prospects

摘要 通过相关的文献复习,将纳米材料/技术在介入治疗中的应用分为下列6个方面:①新型管腔内支架研发中纳米材料/技术的应用;②新型纳米骨水泥的制备及其在经皮椎体/后凸/成形术和经皮骨成形术中的应用;③抗肿瘤热疗纳米材料的制备和应用;④温敏纳米凝胶血管栓塞剂的制备和应用;⑤药物(用)纳米粒的制备和应用;⑥非病毒性纳米基因载体的制备和基因治疗。继而对上述6个方面的现状、研发状况和前景等作了详尽的综合性阐述。 Based on the relevant medical literature, the applications of nanomaterials and nanotechnology in interventional radiology can be mainly divided into the following six fields: (1) the development of new-type endovascular stents; (2) the preparation of new-type n-Hap and CNTs-CPC with their use in percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP), percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) and percutaneous osteoplasty (POP); (3) preparation and application of anti- tumor thermotherapic nanomaterials; (4) preparation and application of temperature-sensitive nanogel used as vascular embolic agent; (5) preparation and application of pharmaceutical nanoparticles; (6) preparation of nanomaterials used as non-viral vectors in gene therapy. This paper aims to describe the current situation, research progress and prospects concerning the above mentioned six fields of nanomaterials and nanotechnology in detail.
