摘要
针对卓越工程师的培养特点和土木工程专业的性质,提出了培养具有创新和实践能力的土木类卓越工程师人才的一系列改革措施,其中包括培养模式、创新教育观念、校企联合培养、教材建设、师资队伍建设以及课程体系方面的改革措施,这些改革措施对于卓越工程师的培养具有非常实际的借鉴意义.
This paper, according to the training characteristics of the excellent engineers and the natures of civil engineering, puts forward a series of reform suggestions to develop excellence engineers who have innovative and practical abilities. These reform suggestions include the training modes, the innovative educational concepts, the cultures of school and col- leges, the construction of textbooks, the construction of teachers and some aspects of courses systems. The training of excel- lent engineers can draw lessons from these reform suggestions.
