摘要
大力构建公共文化服务体系是我国图书情报机构加强智库功能建设的重要时代背景。以陕西省图书情报界专家深度参与宝鸡市公共图书馆服务体系制度设计课题研究为例,倡导我国图书情报机构应加快构建文化创意主导型服务模式,以充分发挥专业智库功能。
In recent years, China has experienced a rapid development of public cultural service system construction and this is the background to which Chinese library and information institutions are continuously strengthening their role as professional think tanks. Taking the design project of public cultural service system by library and information science experts in Shaanxi Province as an example, the paper suggests that Chinese library and information institutions should speed up the construction of service mode dominated by cultural and creative services so as to bring library and information institutions, as professional think tanks, into full play.
