摘要
国家图书馆倡议全国各级公共图书馆联合起来,以实际行动促进信息资源的社会化和公共化,使公共图书馆成为公众获取信息的重要窗口,从而更好的为读者提供平等、免费、无区别的公共图书馆服务。本文通过对陕西省公共图书馆服务联盟现状的调查,提出了存在的问题以及几点建议。
Chinese National Library proposes that all public libraries in China unite together and take action to improve the socialization and publicizing of the information resources, transform themselves into important spots through which the public can acquire information and then provide equal, free and indiscriminatory library services to the readers. This paper investigates the eun＇ent situation of Shaanxi Public Library Service Consortia, points out the existing problems and then puts forwards some suggestions.
