摘要
岗位设置管理是一项长期、动态、复杂的系统工程。在一年多的岗位设置管理过程中,发现岗位设置管理仍存在不少问题,并对岗位设置管理工作的现状进行了分析,提出了构建岗位设置管理长效机制的具体建议。
Post Setting Management is a long-time, dynamic, complicated and systematic work. In their practice of Post Setting Management for over one year, the authors have noticed many problems. So in this paper they analyze the current situation of Post Setting Management and then put forth some specific suggestions for the construction of long-term mechanism of Post Setting Management.
