摘要
加强知识管理研究已成为图书馆领域的共识,关于显性知识和隐形知识之间转化的研究一直在继续。本文着重探讨隐性知识的导出技术,意在促进图书馆隐性知识的显性化以及由此而来的知识创新,从而构建学习型图书馆,这是图书馆今后相当长时间的努力方向。
Strengthening knowledge management research has become the consensus in library field. Research on the transformation between the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge is still continuing. This paper focuses on the elicitation techniques of tacit knowledge, intends to promote the transformation of knowledge from tacit type into explicit one in library and the resulting knowledge innovation, and then to set up the learning library, which is a long-term goal for a library to achieve in future.
