摘要
］本文对亚里士多德的法治思想作了述评，亚里士多德充分揭示了“法治”的含义，指出法治的理由和法治的具体实行，并进一步评价亚里士多德法治思想的历史功绩，以及形成这一思想的原因和历史影响，最后指出对我国具有积极的借鉴意义。
This paper reviews Aristotles's thoughts about rule of law .It proclaims the implications of rule of law and gives out it's reason and commits it particularly. Then this paper evaluates the historic contributions and analyses it's reason and historic inference. Finally this paper points out it's reference to our country.
