紫外分光光度法测定藻参胶囊主要有效成分

摘要 目的分析藻参胶囊主要有效成分含量,为制定药物质量标准奠定基础。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定了藻参胶囊总皂苷、总黄酮和多糖含量,并考察了总皂苷的测定方法。结果藻参胶囊总皂苷含量为4.68%、总黄酮含量为5.73%,多糖含量为3.01%。用紫外分光光度法测总皂苷在4~28 mg/L内线性关系良好(r=0.999 0),80 min内显色稳定,加样平均回收率为101.3%(RSD=1.67%),重复性好(RSD=1.84%),精密度好(RSD=0.913%)。结论用紫外分光光度法测定藻参胶囊的总皂苷、总黄酮和多糖含量,快速、准确,重复性好,可用于藻参胶囊质量标准的制定。 Objective To establish the quality standard for Zaoshen Capsule. Method The contents of total saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharides in Zaoshen Capsule were detected by UV spectrometry. Results The contents of total saponins, flavonoids and polysaccharides in Zaoshen Capsule were 4.68%, 5.73% and 3.01% respectively. The content of total saponins was generally linear in the range of 4-28 mg.L-l(r=0.9990). The average recovery was 101.3%(RSD=l.67%). The color reaction was stable in 80 minutes. The results showed that the method was simple with high precision(RSD=0.913%) and good reproducible(RSD= 1.84%). Conclusion The UV spectrometric method is rapid, accurate, stable and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Zaoshen Capsule.
