摘要
目的研究润肠通乐丸中何首乌的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以结合型蒽醌含量和80%乙醇浸出物为指标优选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳工艺为8倍量60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1.5h。结论该工艺合理,稳定,可行,适合于润肠通乐丸中何首乌的提取。
Objective To optimize the best extraction technology of Radix Polygoni MultilTori in Runchang Tongle Pill. Method Using four indexes including the ethanol concentration, solvent volume, extraction time and extraction times as the investigation factors, the content of bound anthraquinones and 80% ethanol soluble extraction was taken as the index for investigation, and then orthogonal design was adopted to select out the best alcohol extraction process. Result The best processing condition was as follows： adding 8 times amount of 60% ethanol and refluxing three times, 1.5 h each time. Conclusion extraction of Radix Polygoni MultitIori by this method was reasonable, stable and feasible.
