摘要
提出了一种基于数字图像处理的循环流化床锅炉燃用煤矸石粒径检测算法。循环流化床锅炉对燃煤的粒度范围、平均粒径大小和粒度的分布有较为严格的要求。通过对摄像机拍摄的输煤栈桥图像进行数字图像分析,获得图像中煤矸石粒径的分布和范围,对电厂安全运行、锅炉燃烧效率的提高有很大帮助。
This paper put forwards a kind of coal particle size detection algorithm based on digital image processing technology. Circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFB) has more strict requirements for coal particle size range, the av- erage particle size and particle size distribution . In this paper, we get image from a coal trestle camera, then ob- tain the particle size distribution and range of coal gangue which are of great advantage to the s^e operation of the power plant and enhance the efficiency of the boiler combustion efficiency.
