95Cr18盘园冷拔断裂原因分析及工艺改进

Analysis on the Reason of Fracture of 9Cr18 Coiled Wire during Cold Drawing and Its Process Improvement

摘要 95Cr18属高碳高铬马氏体不锈钢,自身塑性较差,具有一定生产和加工难度。针对95Cr18不锈钢盘园冷拔断裂问题,通过检验其断口形貌及断口成分、盘园成分、金相组织、力学性能、冷拔变形量、热处理制度等方面分析原因,建议用户采取提高其退火温度,减小其冷拔变形量等措施,改善了其冷拔断裂现象。 9Cr18 steel belongs to a stainless steel with high Cr content, it's difficult to produce and work this kind of steel because of its worse plasticity. Focusing on the problem of cold drawing fracture of 9Cr18 stainless steel coiled wire, its reasons have been analyzed from the aspects of the fracture morphology and the fracture composition, the chemical composition of coiled wire, metallurgical structure, mechanical properties, cold drawing deformation, heat treatment system, and so on. Some advises are given to the users that the cold drawing fracture of this steel will be improved by increasing its annealing temperature and reducing its cold drawing deformation.
