摘要
目的评价早期胃癌腹腔镜手术中内镜检查的应用价值。方法回顾分析2008年6月至2011年12月27例早期胃癌患者腹腔镜手术中联合内镜检查的临床资料。结果所有病例均经术中胃镜准确定位,顺利完成腹腔镜手术;无一例出现内镜检查相关的并发症,6例患者术中胃镜检查发现吻合口出血得到及时治疗止血。结论术中内镜检查对腹腔镜早期胃癌手术病变定位及吻合口评估有重要价值。
Objective To explore the value of laparoscopy combined with intraoperative endoscopy in the treatment of early gastric carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 27 patients with early gastric carcinoma treated with laparoscopy combined with intraoperative endoscopy from June 2008 to December 2010 was retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients achieved accurate positioning by intraoperative endoscopy, and laparoscopic operation was successfully completed. There was no endoscopy associated complications. Six patients undergoing gastroscopy were found with anastomotic bleeding, and got timely treatment for hemostasis. Conclusion For patients with early gastric carcinoma, laparoscopy combined with intraoperative endoscopy has significant value in the localization of lesions and the assessment of anastomotic stoma.
