摘要
随着知识社会的到来与发展,大学人文社会科学教育通过学科分工与学历分层形塑了政策行为人的价值观念、知识结构与理性能力,从而成为推动政策变迁的一个关键性变量。在深入分析两者内在逻辑契合的基础上,建构了大学人文社会科学影响政策变迁的理论模型。
With coming and development of the knowledge society,humanities and social sciences education shapes the social values,the knowledge structure and rational ability through the labor division and subject layered in university,thus it becomes the key variables of policy changes.The article analyses the internal logic and constructs the theoretical model about the college of humanities and social sciences influencing policy changes.
