摘要
土耳其安卡拉至伊斯坦布尔高速铁路(以下简称安伊高铁)采用欧洲标准,选用意大利生产的36 m长定尺钢轨,采用现场闪光接触焊。为了减小铺轨基地建设规模,并且适应轨道工程作业面不连续的特点,按照36 m标准钢轨长度,选择轨排铺设法来实施轨道工程,并在现场焊接成无缝线路。36 m轨排铺设法不同于国内25 m轨排铺设法,由于采用了替轨,可以利用运轨小车将轨排直接运送至铺设位置,解决了单节轨排跨度大的难题。
Following the European Standard, 36 m rails produced in Italy are used with flash butt-welding method to create the continuous welded rails(CWR) in the future on site in Ankara-Istanbul High Speed Railway Project. To minimize the scale of the track laying base and avoid the risk of discontinuous track works flow, the 36 m panel laying methodology is adopted, which will be welded on site to achieve the CWR track. The 36 m panel laying methodology is different from the 25 m panel laying methodology used in China. With the help of the ramp rail, the panel can be directly transported to its due position by the caterpillar vehicle, by which the problem of huge span for single panel is solved.
