摘要
介绍了一种电石法PVC生产过程中HCl中氯含量在线检测系统。此系统体积小、结构简单、维护方便,能连续、准确、可靠地分析HCl气体中的氯含量,完全适用于电石法PVC的生产。
A systcm for the on-linc dctecion of chlorine content in hydrogen chloride for production of PVC by calcium carbide method was introduced. It was indicated that this system had characteristics of small volumc, simplc structure and convenicnt maintenancc, and could detcct thc contcnt of chlorinc in hydrogen chloride continuously, accuratly and rcliably, so it was suitablc for calcium carbide method PVC production.
