摘要
分析了电石料仓对料位计的要求,比较了常见料位计在电石料仓应用的优缺点,最终选择了激光料位计,实现了电石料仓料位的精确、连续测量,为乙炔发生装置连续、安全、稳定运行创造了条件。
The requirements of calcium carbide bin on level meter were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of common level meters were compared. Finally the laser level meter was chosen, thus the exact and continuous measurement of calcium carbide bin level was realized, and the conditions for the continuous, safe and stable operation of acetylene generator were created.
