摘要
HH2530测井平台中的共用线路段2是双侧向测井仪、双感应测井仪、连续测斜仪、声波测井仪的共用电子线路,负责以上各个测井仪的控制,并通过三总线实现测井数据的传输。在实际测井施工中,经常在测井曲线上观测到不正常的波动,分析确认测井曲线的异常是由三总线上的干扰信号引起的,从HH2530测井平台的工作原理及电法仪器信号传输模式的特点入手,对HH2530测井平台中电子线路2的总线接口模块做出了3处改进,增强了其抗干扰能力,提高了测井曲线的质量。改进后的仪器所测得的大量测井曲线证明改进效果良好。
The electronic circuit-2 of the HH2530 logging platform is shared by Dual-lateral logging tool,Dual-induction logging,Continuous inclinometer and Acoustic logging tool.It is not only responsible for the control of the above logging tools,but also transmits the logging data through the 3-bus.In real logging construction,we often find abnormal fluctuations on logging curves.By analyzing the above phenomenon,we confirm the anomality is caused by the 3-bus interference signal.In order to enhance the anti-jamming capability of the shared electronic circuit-2 and improve the quality of logging curves,starting from the working principle and the characteristics of the signal transmission mode of electric method instrument of the HH2530 logging platform,we make 3 improvements to the bus interface module of the shared electronic circuit-2 of the HH2530 logging platform.We also analyse a large number of logging curves measured by the improved instrument,and make a comparison of the quality of the curve between the unimproved instrument,and improved instrument to confirm the improved results.
