摘要
文章介绍一种能分别对各个产层进行测试、调整,进而对不理想的产层进行封堵,更科学地开采理想产层的仪器。它由仪器串、测调器和过电缆封隔器组合而成,根据要开采、封堵的油层数决定测调器和过电缆封隔器的数量。其中测调器主要包括主体、球阀开启调整机构、传动机构、电机、接线盒组件、传输系统等;过电缆封隔器主要包括上下接头、内外中心管、电缆固定组件、座封机构、解封机构等。
This paper describes an instrument which can test and adjust in different layers,seals up unideal layers,and exploits scientifically ideal layers.It is made up of tool string,instrument which can test and adjust,and packer that enables cable through.Its number is decided by layers that will be sealed up or exploited.The instrument that can test and adjust consists of main body,ball valve opening and adjusting mechanism,transmission mechanism,electric machinery,junction box assembly,transmission system and other components.Packer that enables cable through consists of upper joint and lower joint,inside and outside center pipe,cable assembly,sealing mechanism,unsealing mechanism and other components.
