摘要
研究目的:探讨农村土地整治项目对国民经济的拉动作用。研究方法:应用产业经济学相关理论,在国民经济行业分类和省级投入产出表的基础上,分析土地整治项目投资对国民经济各行业发展和居民消费的拉动作用,并以湖南省长沙县福临镇土地整治项目为例进行了实证分析。研究结果:该项目投资直接对国民经济拉动的乘数为2.08,拉动作用效果显著。研究结论:农村土地整治在增加农民收入、带动产业发展、拉动国民经济上有着显著的效果。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the effects of the investment in land consolidation on the development of national economy.Methods and steps employed include 1） applying the theories of industrial economics and analyzing the driving effect of investment in land consolidation on the developments of national economy sectors and residents consumption according to the classification of national economic industries and provincial input-output table,and 2） analyzing the Fulin town land consolidation project in Hunan province as an example.The result indicates that the total multiplier of the project investment on national economy is about 2.08 and the direct driving effect is remarkable.It is concluded that land consolidation has remarkable effect on increasing farmer income,promoting industrial development and pulling national economy.
