摘要
为有效对井下直线电机泵进行故障检测,解决油气田井下直线电机泵的故障率居高的问题,以实测数据为研究载体,简要分析了井下直线电机泵的故障特点和故障检测原理,根据故障特点设计了基于Linux操作系统的软件检测平台。仿真实验中完成了对系统的调试和实际应用,平台的人机交互性和检测结果的有效性展示了该检测系统具有良好的应用前景。
There are high faults ratings of underwater motor pump in olt anu ga~ xle,u,,~ faults property and faults diagnose principle is proposed based on the actual measurement data. The software detector platform is designed on the basis oi Linux operation system. The debugging practical application for the system is comple- ted by simulation and test. The person-computer alternation interface property and the detection result of the system plat- form shows nice application perspective for this detector system.
