摘要
针对传统LMS算法的收敛速度与稳态误差存在矛盾这一问题,列出了NLMS、G-SVSLMS及改进的变步长LMS3种变步长LMS自适应滤波算法。通过仿真对比和理论分析,证明改进的变步长LMS算法具有更快的收敛速度、更小的稳态误差和更强的抗干扰能力。
To solve the contradiction between the convergence rate and steady state error of LMS algorithm, the three variable step-size LMS algorithms were introduced. Such as NLMS,G-SVSLMS, an improved variable step-size LMS algorithm. Through comparison of the simulation experiments and theoretical analysis,the results testified that the improved variable step-size LMS algorithm has the faster convergence rate, smaller steady-state error and stronger anti-interference ability.
