摘要
目的改进和完善双花洗液的质量控制方法,提高其质量标准。方法在原标准基础上,分别对方中蛇床子、苦参、百部、黄柏、冰片的TLC法鉴别方法进行了改进与完善;采用RP-HPLC法建立了成品中黄芩苷的含量方法。结果在本文选定的色谱条件下,TLC斑点清晰、分离效果好、阴性无干扰;黄芩苷在0.138～0.920μg范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.67%,RSD为1.00%。结论所建立的方法简捷、可靠、准确度高,可用于双花洗液的质量控制。

Method on the basis of original standard, TLC identification method for each other, She Chuangzi, Kushen, Baibu, Huangbai, Bingpian were improved and perfected; established the method of baicalin content of the finished product by RP - HPLC method. Result In the selected chromatographic conditions, TLC spots were clear, separation effect good, no negative interference; baicalin in 0. 138 - 0.920 μg and the linear range, the average recovery was 98.67 %, RSD was 1%. Conclusion The established method is simple, reliable, accurate, and can be used for quality control of Shuanghua lotion.
