摘要
目的观察祛膜止崩乳膏对苯甲酸雌二醇致家兔子宫内膜增生症的去膜效果和修复情况。方法隔日肌内注射雌二醇建立家兔子宫内膜增生模型,待模型成功后,麻醉,开腹,单侧子宫内给予不同浓度的祛膜止崩乳膏,观察给药后不同时间模型家兔子宫内膜的组织病理学变化,评价药物的去膜效果和修复情况。结果祛膜止崩乳膏子宫内给药对雌二醇致子宫内膜增生症家兔能使上皮细胞层脱落,内膜变薄,并有广泛的急性炎症反应。此作用在给药3天表现最突出,并呈浓度依赖性。结论祛膜止崩乳膏子宫内给药对雌激素致子宫内膜增生症家兔有去除内膜作用。
Objective To observe the effects and repair of Qumo Zhibeng cream treat the estradiol benzoate caused rabbits＇hyperplasia endometrii. Method intramuscular injection of estradiol to built endometrial hyperplasia rabbits mod- els. When the model succeeded, anaesthetized and opened the rabbitshbdomens, cured with different concentrations of Zhibeng cream in the unilateral intra - uterine, observed pathological changes of the rabbits in different time, evaluated the effect and repair of the medicine. Results Qumo Zhibeng cream intrauterine administration of endometrial hyperplasia in rabbit estradiol can cause epithelial cell layer off, endometrial thinning, and acute inflammation widely. This medicine effected obviously in the first 3 days, and formed the medicine concentration dependency. Conclusion Qumo Zhibeng cream intrauterine administration has the effect on estrogen induced endometrial hyperplasia of rabbit endometrial removal.
