摘要
目的观察四黄降糖颗粒(Si-haung Hypoglycemic Granule,SHHG)改善2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes,T2DM)患者中医临床证候的疗效。方法将123例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,对照组予以常规西药降糖治疗,配合服用安慰剂,治疗组在西药常规降糖的基础上,加用四黄降糖颗粒。治疗6个月后,观察两组血糖、糖化血红蛋白及中医证候积分的变化情况。结果两组在降糖、降低糖化血红蛋白方面均有较好疗效,P<0.05;治疗组在改善2型糖尿病患者中医证候方面明显优于对照组,P<0.05,可显著改善患者的临床症状。结论四黄降糖颗粒可有效改善糖尿病患者中医症候以及控制患者的血糖和糖化血红蛋白,有较好的辅助降糖作用。
Objective To Observe the curative effect of TCM clinical symptoms improved by SSHG in patients with type 2 diabetes （T2DM）. Method divided 123 cases of patients with T2DM into 2 groups randomly, The control group received conventional Western medicine hypoglycemic therapy with the placebo; on the basis of conventional Western med- icine hypeglyeemic, treatment group was added with SHHG, after 6 months＇treatment, observed the 2 groups of blood glu- cose and glycosylated hemoglobin and the changes of TCM symptoms integral. Result In reducing blood glucose and glyco- sylated hemoglobin, two groups had good curative effect, P 〈 0.05 , the treatment group is better than the control group in patients with T2DM in improving the symptoms of TCM, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion SHHG can improved the clinical symp- toms of diabetes effectively, congtroling patients blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin, and have nice assistant hypogly- cemic effect in reducing the blood glucose.
