摘要
在糖尿病性心肌病的发病机制和病理变化中,"瘀"贯穿了其发生发展的全过程。"瘀"既是糖尿病病因,又是糖尿病心肌病发生的主要病理基础。临床上,针对糖尿病性心肌病,从瘀辨证,从瘀论治,已取得一定成效。
In the pathogenesis and pathological changes, ＂stasis＂ imponetrates the whole process of the occurrence and development. ＂Stasis＂ is not only etiology of diabetes mellitus, but also the main pathological basis of diabetes car- diomyopathy occurrence, clinically, point to the diabetes,cardiomyopathy,syndrome differentiation for treatment on stasis, we have made some achievements.
