摘要
文章以某大型百万千瓦机组无刷励磁机为例,通过对其分数槽波绕组特殊结构的研究,利用矢量分析方法,得出绕组各相电动势的相对关系。此基础上,分析其多相旋转整流电路工作原理及换相导通过程,提出一种监测旋转二极管导通霍尔元件空间位置布置的计算分析方法。
Taking an exciter for million kilowatts generator set as example, each phase’s relative relationship was worked out by the vector analysis method based on the research of the special fractional slot wave winding structure. Furthermore, the working principle and communication process in the multiphase rotating rectifier circuit were analyzed while the calculation and analysis method were introduced, in which the conducting condition of rotating rectifier was detected through the space arrangement of the Hall element.
