摘要
现代科学技术的迅猛发展和高校教育的变革,不仅给高职院校图书馆员提供了新的发展机遇,而且也对他们提出了更高的要求和新的挑战。对高职院校图书馆员职业压力的表现及其成因进行了分析和论述,并提出了缓解职业压力的相应对策。
The rapid development of modem science and technology and the reform of higher education provide the librarians in vocational colleges not only developing chances but higher requirements and new challenges. This paper analyzes the tiresome manifestation and cause of their occupational stress, and puts forward some countermeasures.
