摘要
Arrhenius(阿瑞尼厄斯)公式是化学动力学的重要公式,它揭示了反应速率常数对温度的依赖关系。根据Arrhenius公式,对整车零部件施加较大的环境应力,以较短的时间进行零部件加速寿命试验,并据此推断零部件在正常的使用状态的寿命或失效率,对于节约试验资源,提高产品竞争力,具有重要的意义。本文对应用Arrhenius数学模型设计零部件加速寿命试验进行了初步的探讨。
Arrhenius formula is an important formula in chemical kinetics and it reveals the relation between reaction rate constant and temperature. According to this formula, applying more environmental stress on vehicle components and estimating the durability or failure rate of components working under normal condition will require less time for accelerated life test. It will be quite crucial in reducing test resources and improve the competitiveness of products. The application of Arrhenius formula in accelerated life test design for vehicle components is discussed.
