摘要
5月下旬至7月上中旬,在北京大兴县一块面积为809米~2的头茬苜蓿田内释放苜蓿切叶蜂,Megachile rotundata (F),3,752头,回收蜂茧16,240头。放蜂田种子亩产21公斤,比对照田增产69.4%。对不同规格蜂箱的诱蜂效果进行了比较。国产蜂箱 (巢孔直径0.7厘米,孔深14.5厘米)每个巢孔内峰的产卵平均数8.4枚,多出加拿大蜂箱 (巢孔直径0.55厘米,孔深9.75厘米)0.8枚,但后代的性比两者之间差异不显著。
From the end of the May to the middle of the July in 1990, 3, 752 alfalfa leafcutting bees,Megachile rotundata (F.), are introduced and then 16,240 cells are recovered from a 809 square metre first crop of alfalfa seed field. The mean seed yield of this field is 315 kg. /ha., 69.4% more than that of the contrast. Two types of grooved nesting material are used in this work。 One is made in China (the nesting hole is 14.5 centimetre deep and 0.7 centimetre in diameter) , the other is imported from Canada (the nesting hole is 9.75 centinetre deep and 0.55 centimetre in diameter).On an average , 8.4 bee cells exist in a Chinese nesting hole,0.8more than the cells in a Canadan one .The sex ratio of the two bee colonies is almost the same.
