经皮心肺辅助循环治疗重症心肌炎合并心源性休克七例 被引量：3

摘要 急性重症心肌炎起病急，病情凶险。一旦出现心源性休克，病死率极高，而经皮心肺辅助循环系统（percutaneous cardio—pulmonary support system，PCPS）是近年来开展的一种有效的床旁辅助循环支持系统，对重症心肌炎的治疗已取得越来越多医生的关注。浙江省人民医院自2006年12月至2012年6月应用PCPS治疗重症心肌炎合并心源性休克患者病例7例，现报道如下。
